Such a fine stay with the hot chocolate at bed time. Spotless hotel, airy rooms, perfect and magnificent location in the Perth area.

The location was magnificent and amazing in a local area, next to the extensive back garden, through which a river runs, desert, and beautiful Perthshire. The breakfast was superb and wonderful with juices and toast, as for instance, nothing to complain about.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The hotel is well set up and the rooms are absolutely lovely, not to mention super clean. I was impressed by the attention to detail, with spare toothbrushes and other amenities that you often don't find in other places. The location is also fantastic, allowing for quick and easy access to all the major cities in Scotland, as well as offering some beautiful scenic drives.

The twin room had fantastic decor and quaint homemade touches. the bathroom was spotless, clean, and spacious. - the hosts were fantastic, helpful, and kind. - Extra blankets, hot water bottles, and tea making facilities were appreciated.
The breakfast options were limited. The room was small and cramped.

Located conveniently for exploring the area and attending events in Scone, this B&B also offers a cozy sitting area to relax in downstairs. the room was spacious and immaculate, with thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was hot and tasty, with fresh fruit available. the well-stocked supermarket across the road is also a plus.
The B&B doesn't offer any scenic views.

Spent Easter weekend in a lovely B&B located in a charming, quiet village. The owners were extremely friendly, going out of their way to make sure guests felt at home. The rooms were very clean and well decorated, with comfortable beds. Breakfast options were excellent and very satisfying. the B&B was conveniently located in close proximity to several restaurants and pubs, making it easy to find good food and entertainment.
While the B&B was overall very enjoyable, it was a bit small, which could make it difficult to accommodate larger groups. the lack of a proper reception desk made it challenging to get help when needed.
